Kick Back Day A.K.A What is happening at Intermediate?

Hi everybody. It is me again. Normally I write about how I am doing or what I have learnt but I might have a change for once I am doing something a little different. I have a hole lot of things to tell you about school. This isn't a reflection on the week but instead a little pep talk if you would like to call it that but for me I will call it Kick Back Day otherwise What is happening at Intermediate?. Today has been a blast for me. Mufti Day and Rock Band were the main things for me.
Rock Band
We have been in the process of composing our own song. It is really cool. I can't say much about it but all I can say is that it is running smoothly thankfully. Rock Band is on it's way.
Courtyard
There are so many things that happen in the courtyard such as gossip, games, chilling and well that is pretty much it. Gossip is a big one. When I say gossip I mean gossip. Everyone here is really open about talking to you even if they are a complete stranger. It to me comes across as crazy or weird.
Walking
Walking is a major epidemic in this school. Did you know that half the students here walk around the whole school in seconds. Soon they could break a new record.
The Pool
The swimming pool is really popular now. Not much to talk about this subject.
Mufti Day
Mufti Day has been how do my generation put it? Oh yeah today has been "Swag eh double Gee! Or swag gee west side" Don't know why they say west side though. Today was a bit embarrassing because I had face planted onto the ground.
Maths
Maths is one of the main parts of school learning and room 3 has knuckled down  on this particular part of our curriculum. We have learnt a ton of stuff such as square roots, order of operations and heaps more. Order Of Operations is basically using BEDMAS to solve problems. Here is an example.
Oh and by the way BEDMAS means Brackets Exponents Division Multiplication Addition Subtraction. BEDMAS is just an acronym to remember it. Now here is the example.
Question: 3*4+6-3+(6-5)+34=?
Working: You need to start with the brackets. 6-5=1 so 3*4=12+6=18-3=15+1=16+34=?
Answer: The answer is 50.
Now try your make your own and give them to someone else and ask them to do the same.
Wheels Day
Wheels day was a fun time where we brought something with wheels then rode them during lunch time after eating. There were Scooters, Bikes, Roller Blades, Skates, Skateboards, Rip sticks etc.
We had a really fun day!!!
